I’ve always been in touch with my creative side — ever since I was a kid. My early teens were spent with a few too many hours of teaching myself Photoshop (sorry mom and dad) and a strong yearning to learn as much as I could about photography, video, editing, and design. Yes, my video editing career began with Windows Movie Maker at 15 years old, and no, I’m not ashamed to admit it.

My creative passions lead me to study Cinema at the University of Toronto, followed by learning the technical side of production via Ryerson University’s Radio and Television Arts program. Today, I continue to flex my creative muscles by way of my career as a television producer on some of Canada’s favourite shows, as well as looking at life through the lens of my best (inanimate object) friend, my camera.

I truly love to create things that make people feel. It’s really that simple for me. I’m not here to tell anybody what to feel, or how to feel it — that’s not why I do what I do. But if someone looks at or watches something that I had a hand in creating and feels something, anything, then I’ll consider my job a success.
